Payment Policy

A deposit equal to the first night's stay is required to secure the booking.  The balance of the tariff is due on the day of arrival if paying by credit card, or five days in advance if paying by direct deposit.

A deposit equal to 50% of the tariff is required for peak periods of Christmas, January and Easter, payable 3 months in advance, with the balance due on arrival.Payment of the deposit constitutes the guest's acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Bookings can only be confirmed 12 months in advance.  Any bookings we receive with an arrival date greater than 12 months from reservation date shall be treated as enquiries, whereby we will contact you to confirm rates and availability.


Payment Methods

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Amex), or direct deposit..  All bookings, including those paid by direct deposit, or via pre-paid special deals, cannot be confirmed without a credit card.

Credit Card Surcharge

Payments made with Visa, MasterCard or Amex will incur a 1.5% surcharge.  This surcharge is not displayed on your reservation, it is added automatically when your credit card is processed.

Outside of peak periods, a full refund of deposit (less $50 administrative fee) will be payable for cancellations received with a minimum 14 days' notice. Deposits may also be held as a credit for a future booking, for up to 12 months.

CO-VID 19 Update - for existing bookings made prior to 1st March 2020, a full refund (or credit) of deposit (less $50 administrative fee) will be available for cancellations received with a minimum of 7 days' notice.

During peak periods of Christmas, January and Easter, deposits will only be refunded where a minimum of 30 days' notice is provided and the accommodation can be re-let for the same period.

We recommend all guests take out travel insurance at time of booking. 


Check In/Out

Check in is from 2 pm and check out is by 10 am unless otherwise advised and arranged with us.


Extra Charges

Guests may be liable for extra charges related to any loss or damage of items or property of Jetty Road Retreat.  We reserve the right to debit any extra cost incurred for additional cleaning or where more than the specified number of guests stay.  Guests hereby agree for any extra charges to be deducted from their credit card.



Smoking is not permitted indoors in any of the accommodation.



Sorry, pets are not permitted at Jetty Road Retreat, but are welcome at Country House Retreat!
